Some people feel “Superfoods” is a term that  is overused. Perhaps it is underused. Better than “Diet Food”, which seems to be a bout restrictions. Superfoods is all about addition. If you find something that tastes good you would want to eat more of it. Right? What if that something has more nutritional value than the alternatives? Bring it on.

Though there is no FDA Classification for Superfoods, many are found in capsule form in Grocery and Heath Stores as Nutritional Suplements. Would you rather swallow a Garlic Pill or use it as a seasoning on your Popcorn? Of course, we also use fresh Garlic in classic Recipes all around the world.
